As per your understanding developed through the course, do you think leaders in military contexts display the same abilities as organizational leaders? Give your answers of why or why not in not more than 300 words.
As per my understanding, the leaders in a military context and organizational situations exhibiting similar capabilities, but it is applied and experienced in two different circumstances. This is said because of many reasons. When taking references from the course, it will make more clear. As per the trait theory of leadership, there should be certain characteristics for every leader. That is the potential for supervising, initiative, intelligence, etc. These characteristics will not differentiate even if the leaders are from different circumstances.
