Your career portfolio will be divided into 5 parts:

Part 1

1. Personal Profile:

• A nicely written paragraph (in 100 words) which introduces you to the employer.
• Introduce yourself, your skills, accomplishments and give in details how your skills can help you in your field of specialization.

Part 2

1. Curriculum Vitae: a nicely written CV in a good template (not more than 2 A4 pages)

Part 3

1. Goals: Short term -2 to 5 years - five bulleted items for each goal
2. Long term, 10 years - five bulleted items for each goal
3. Work Samples: Examples of your work that a recruiter would be interested in seeing and the ones you are proud to share. Digital material is acceptable as well.

Part 4

1. Accomplishments: Accomplishment are past experiences in which you have done well. List accomplishments from different areas of your life, leisure, educational, volunteer or employment activities. (100 words/bullet points)

Globalization has created many opportunities for organizations. There are many advantages and ways to create value through outsourcing portions of one's global supply chain. For each opportunity, there are also many ways for the project to run into problems. In your initial post, address the following: Identify one example of an organization that created value for itself through outsourcing part of its supply chain. Provide a link to one resource.
