Lincon's law : Tis law was constructed in order to protect the goverment from any unethical practices of the business and help them to altert the happening of fraud due to the presence of many unethical practices of business in the society .
Protection to whistle blower : This law gives assurance to the whistle blower that they have been protected from any of its consequences and hence encourage them to come forward to report any unethical practices which may be damge the employee right or customers ,

So above are the main reason because of which whistle-blowers are regarded as models of honor and integrityi nthe organisation.

Difference between internal and external whistle-blowing are enlisted as below :

In the case of an internal whistle blowing here an employee first reported the issue of any noticed misconduct to their immediate senior/manger and hence only inform to the mangement of the organisation only.

But in the case of external whistle blowing employee decided to report the unethical practice and blow the whistle outside the organisation and informed this directly to the designated goverment bodies which handle such kind of issues.

Internal whistle blowing is consider good for the organisation image as the matter is handled inside the organisation only and there is no involment of the 2nd party like media,goverment intervention which may result to the bad image of the company in the society or heavy penalty on the company from goverment side along with the warning .

But external whistle blowing is not good for organisation image as it flashes the unethical practices of the business on the different digital platform via media and hence there is the distortion of organisation image and many times a legal processes is followed against the organisation.

Internal whistle blowing are less complicated to solve as the matter is deal inside but external whistle blowing is complicated process.

So above are the main difference between internal and external whistle-blowing .

An organization decide to ignore the evidence presented by a whistle-blower because of the following reasons as expalined below :

sometime there is a situation that whistler blower reported such kind of issues/practices which may directly impact the senior management and it is also noticed that they give light on such a practiced which is not acceptable/allowed by the law for a certain business and hence organisation thinks that it may be result in the shutdown of the organisation only and hence decide to ignore the evidence presented by a whistle-blower.

So above is the reason beacuse of which organization decide to ignore the evidence presented by a whistle-blower.

Exposed fraud practices : whistle-blowing inform both the management and goverment about the unethical practices conducted in the business and hence help the management to look more carefully in the loop holes and govement can also take their own action against the unethical practice if the whistle is blown outside the organisation.
Effect on the whistler-blower : Sometime the unethical issue detected by the whistle blower are so dangerous that it could even threat his/her life and sometime may loss of their job and hence their is a economical loss faced by the blower and hence because of these reasons employees are not feeling safe to report any kind of unethical issues.
Effect on employe-employee relationship : If the whistle is blown whether it may be inside or outside the oragainsation there is a creation of distance in manager-employee or employer-employee realtionship and hence the organisation would not trust that employee in future and this gap result the employee to quite that organisation.

Hence above are the main consequences of whistle-blowing.
